The prolific duo Jozhy K and Angel make their Mango Alley label debut with "I Don't Even Know You," a tremendous new original track, supported by a trifecta of high-profile remixes. The Original Mix begins with an aggressive minimal-tech rhythm, soon followed by the distinctively sexy (and angsty) vocals by Angel. A brooding track throughout -- the melody that arrives in the breakdown is suitably ominous and edgy. Steve Haines, of Baroque and Toolroom fame, has provided an epic interpretation in his main remix. After a classic prog-tech build, a dramatic breakdown ensues: a stunning melodic lead, coupled with the main vocal hook of the original, launch the track to new heights. Label veteran Stimpack's interpretation is purely tech -- a club-busting mix, highlighted by a modulating bass. Similar to Haines' mix, Stimpack reserves the melodic content (and most of the original vox) for the energetic break.
